Thank you for supporting EPO Online Studio. Every piece in our collection is thoughtfully sourced and truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of vintage furniture and home decor, we kindly ask that you read the following information carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS & CONDITION

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Each item is vintage — previously owned and often sourced from estates or auctions — and may show signs of wear consistent with its age. We do our best to photograph and describe all visible imperfections.

We’re more than happy to provide additional details, dimensions, or photos before you make a purchase. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions — we want you to love what you bring home.

PAYMENT POLICY

We currently accept Cash and Zelle payments only.

Full payment is required to confirm your purchase. Please note that items are not considered sold until payment has been received in full.

VIEWING POLICY

We currently do not offer in-person visits or showroom appointments.

All available items are listed online. If you’d like more information, we’re happy to provide additional photos, videos, or details upon request.

You may view the item in person on the same day of purchase to verify its condition as shown in the photos. However, pickup or delivery must be arranged for that same day.

PICK UP DETAILS POLICY

To keep things smooth and secure, the pickup address will be shared once you confirm your pickup time and let us know you’re on your way.

Please be on time—if it’s more than 5 minutes past your scheduled time, we’ll reach out to check on your ETA. If 15 minutes go by and we haven’t heard back, the appointment will be canceled and unfortunately cannot be rescheduled.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is not included in the purchase price.

We offer:

•⁠ ⁠Curbside or in-unit delivery (available on select items) for an additional fee

•⁠ ⁠Delivery quotes available upon request

If delivery isn’t available for your item, we’re happy to recommend trusted third-party movers. Please note: These providers are not affiliated with EPO Online Studio. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third-party services.

Before heading your way, we’ll reach out to confirm that you’re ready to receive the delivery. We won’t begin the trip without that confirmation.

If we don’t hear back within 15 minutes of reaching out, the delivery will be canceled. We appreciate your timely response—it helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

HOLDS & RESERVATIONS POLICY

We do not offer holds.

All items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

SHIPPING

We do not offer shipping at this time.

Our services are limited to pickup in Old Town, Chicago and delivery within the Midwest.

FREE DELIVERY POLICY – FIRST ORDER

We offer free curbside delivery within Chicagoland (within 15 miles from Old Town, Chicago, 60642) on your first purchase.

To qualify:

•⁠ ⁠This offer is valid for one item per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions.

•⁠ ⁠Delivery is based on availability.

•⁠ ⁠In-unit delivery may be available for an additional fee.

•⁠ ⁠Discounted or negotiated items do not qualify for free delivery.
